“good service, its apity you cant take phone calls to explain more details about your products, as you don't give precise how to use,if you look at my listings on ebay you will see how its done,Regards john”

Thank you so much for your kind review and for the feedback too. Our lack of telephone service is only a temporary thing due to the coronavirus. Our telephone staff are working from home so the only people in the building are here to ensure all our parcels are picked packed and dispatched on time. “Very good service well recommended. Very good at letting you know where your items are and when they are shipped. Well recommended will use again. Products are very good quality not cheap copies. Remember everyone only get what you pay for.”

“Mini ll eco purchased. Right price, payed with PayPal, fast delivery, tracking, well packaged. I usually look on eBay or amazon but will always check out the incubator shop as all the boxes was ticked.”

“Outstanding service at a particularly challenging time for businesses. I placed an order for next day delivery at around 3pm (never for a moment imagining that it would arrive within 24 hours due to the Covid 19 restrictions) however shortly after noon the next day it was on my doorstep! Absolutely delighted and have already placed my next order with this family run company. Thanks guys!”
