“The opening/closing door is invaluable for keeping chickens safe. If we’re away on holiday we don’t need to rely on anyone forgetting to let hens out or close them in at night. The delivery was amazingly fast. Thank you”

“Ordered 0745 15th July, dispatched 0820, arrived following day perfectly packaged. !5th being the morning after the European cup final, speaks volumes. Have been dealing with Bronti and her team for the last five years and always the same, 100% professional, nothing being too much trouble.”

“It's the second one I have bought and I know they really work fine the reason I bought this one is i have mislaid my 12volt adapter that came with it so I am wondering could you supply me with another 12 volt adapter if you let me know”

“Products are great, as is delivery. But no one answers the phone, we have rung numerous times on various days for some advice and can't get through to anyone.”

“I was so relieved to find this shop online after days of trawling the internet trying to find a suitable incubator for a surprise batch of tortoise eggs. The incubator arrived quickly and the Incubator Shop kept me updated throughout with excellent communication- thank you”

“Nothing wrong with incubator or internet side of things, but I wanted to place order over the phone. I just kept getting voicemail. If I’d got through, I would have ordered an extra incubator.”

“I had an issue with an incubator and wanted to upgrade it. The customer service team answered my query extremely quickly. They asked pertinent questions and replied to my emails within the hour. Not only that, they immediately helped and arranged for the upgrade and refund without a quibble. It is not often that a company treats their customers with respect and understanding and for this I am so grateful. Exceptional customer service which made me feel valued, thank you so much.”
