“Great service! I had a discount code for my first order, but completed the transaction without adding the code, so I contacted the company and without any hesitation the discount was paid back to me - I was very impressed. The incubator was well packaged and arrived the next day as promised. Currently in use for the first time, with 24 partridge eggs.”

“We ordered a treadle feeder from this company. It arrived really quickly. There was a slight fault with one of the fixings within the package - but they had a replacement with us as fast as the post could come. Friendly, helpful and speedy. What more could you want. Thanks Guys”

“I ordered a treadle feeder and Chickenguard door opener. The feeder is great, really good quality and works well (haven’t got the chickens yet but if they take to it I will certainly be getting an additional one). The door opener was a very competitive price and also works perfectly. Delivery was extremely fast and the items were well packaged. Great communication and customer service - I will definitely use The Incubator Shop in the future.”
