“I came across the incubator shop while looking for advice about my old brinsea octagon incubators that I hadn’t used for several years. I took advice from the website and placed an order. I have never, ever received such amazing service. My order was dispatched and delivered in less than 24 hours. I have since made 2 more orders and both times the speed of dispatch and delivery has been outstanding and receiving the free gifts included in the order was a really lovely touch. I did try to telephone and give my thanks but due to COVID some staff are working from home and yet the quality of the products and customer service are unaffected. I will always use the incubator shop in the future and highly recommended to others. Thank you so much and Merry Christmas! Dawn.”

“The incubator has yet to be used (it's a Christmas present). This review is therefore based purely on the ease of use of the website, the delivery of the product and the general 'feel' that one inevitable gets from dealing with a business. Based on the above limited experience, I would be happy to recommend this company without hesitation. I would definitely use them again.”

“The chicken door opener is the best thing we've bought. Not having to go out in the dark and rain morning and night is a God send. We can go out for the day and know the chickens will be safely locked in the shed.”
