“Ordered my Brinsea incubator on a Thursday lunchtime, chose the free delivery option which stated 3/5 working days, but was delighted when it arrived the following morning. So no complaints from me, very happy, excellent service from the incubator shop, thank you.”

“Giving 5 stars to the Incubator shop for their service and quality products, ordered brinsea incubator mats which worked beautifully, provided good traction and comfortable base for ducklings after hatching.Highly recommended. Can't thank Incubator shop staff enough for their help when post went haywire, really appreciated, thanks again. All round very happy customer, very happy ducklings.”

Clearly there's been a problem with the postage but without getting in touch, there was no way we could have known about it.
