“Wanted Thick Silicone Tube (1 Mtr) Product Code: 774 Manufacturer ID. 14.412 = £5.99 as the one on my Humidity Control pump had a hole in it. Well it arrived but amazed that the p&p was the same price as the replacement pipe £5.99, that is extortion for small lightweight item that could have been popped into an envelope and delivered by Royal Mail for £1!!!! Next time will buy a cheap roll from Amazon or ebay!”

“I have found the Incubator shop always helpful. I now have three incubators and this little Brinsea one works well. Programming is very like one of my brooders which is a Brinsea. Delivery was prompt sales were very helpful. I like that I can talk to someone who can help me before I buy.”

“The lady on the phone is the most patient person in the world. I'm sure I was a pain, but her knowledge and understanding were second to none. I will not hesitate to use the Incubator shop again and would certainly recommend.”

“This is the 2nd unit we have purchased over the years (old one packed up hense replacement). The small modification to add water for humidity is good, but obviously you still need to open the top to turn the eggs. Temperature adjustment is now inside the unit, so need a small screwdriver to open, but as the unit came preset to the right temperature, we haven't needed to open it as yet. A good sized unit for a starter.”

“Thank you for the evaporation blocks. Sadly they don’t seem to make any difference to the problem. Humidity exceeds 55 regularly. Also the auto turning wheel has come off and is currently sitting in the bottom of the incubator under the eggs while I manually turn the eggs in their cradle. I’m disappointed in the product. My other Brinsea is great”

“On phoning the incubator shop I explained the problem with my Rcom 50 and was assured the fault was a broken down membrane switch. I then ordered a new one which arrived two days later.I was told that there was a video on u tube explaining the procedure on replacing it which I found very useful.The machine now running how it should a big thank you the incubator shop.”
