“Bronti has been an incredible help to me. Ive fired questions about the R.com 10 and shes answered them all within the hour. The R.com is very different to set up than my usual Brinsea and I would have been lost without her help. The R.com is performing very well at the moment and holding humidity and temperature but I will review after the hatch when I have all the information.”

“Everything I bought was as a gift, so I cannot review the items, but they would need review over months, not a week! I can say delivery was very swift and exactly as predicted. The 3 items were well packed, but the box itself was on the flimsy side and punctured in one place.”

“Purchased a rcom king pro max 20 incubator and chick accessories, as they state same day dispatch before 2pm, i received the next day via dpd (so not a snail courier), email and texts updates, so happy I purchased another from them (wanted two to begin with but thought seller might be bad, hence two separate orders) should be receiving that tomorrow, so yes I'm very satisfied and happy with both seller and the products.”
