“We bought an incubator a year ago from the incubator shop and unfortunately the fan ent wrong. We called one lunch time to see if we were still covered by warranty and we had a new fan by the next day. Fan-tastic customer service and support. We would highly recommend shopping with this company. Thank you so much for all your help!”

“I was extremely impressed with the advice from the lady at the end of the phone - she was very knowledgeable in the products you sell, which helped me a great deal in making the right purchase to best meet my needs- competitively priced, delivery service was excellent and the item packed really well.
