“Great customer service..had a small issue with the feeder we ordered as it arrived damaged but the incubator shop sorted it for us quickly and efficiently. Thank you”

“Placed my order late in the day and it was turned processed and delivered really quickly and communication about when etc it was going to be delivered was very good”

“Delivery was very quick, had a slight problem with the screws contacted the incubator shop and they had another set out to me asap. Price wise the best I could find. Although I have tried the incubator out yet, I'm very happy with it and the service I have received. Michelle”

“A very positive experience. Very swift delivery - next day at a reasonable cost. Responded promptly to our e mailed request to add to an existing order and ensured both items were dispatched together. Very fairly adjusted the postage costs.Competitive prices .Helpful people . Definitely will be our first port of call for items in the future”
