“Such a helpful company to buy from. I got in touch to ask the difference between 2 incubators and got a really thorough and helpful response. I also forgot to add something to an order and so emailed and they let me add it to my original order so I didn't have to pay additional postage. Good prices and great customer service :)”

“Phoned with regard to an issue with my Mini Advance Incubator. Having discussed the issue with Emily in the first call and then Abigail in the follow up call after following Emily's advice, a potential diagnosis of the problem could be made. The incubator has been sent back to The Brinsea Incubator Shop today to be hopefully sorted out. Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service.”
