“Fast supply of products, good prices. Nettex mite powder is wonderful product but found best price and service with The Incubator shop as my local pet suppliers do not stock it any more - they have gone over to a cheaper product which is not so effective. Will stick with The Incubator Shop for all future supplies”

“They had what I wanted in stock at a reasonable price (the same as I would have paid in our local pet/farm shop if they still carried the product) and delivered fairly quickly. They also included a note about one of the bottle caps appearing to be a little loose so in case it leaked included an extra bottle for free which I thought was excellent and very thoughtful. Fortunately no leakage occurred. I have always used Nettex products as they were recommended to me by the person I first bought my chickens from as the best on the market for effectiveness and he was right so it is good to be able to order them from The Incubator Shop and know they will always be available at a good price. The service with this company is the best and I will recommend them to anyone who needs products for their pets etc.”
