“Fantastic! We are in the middle of a Covid pandemic. But you couldn't tell! The service from them was outstanding. All questions answered prompty, product arrived quickly, extra plastic feet for the feeders included at no cost. And then when I had a minor issue with one of them, it was dealt with quickly and without fuss! I will be back!”

“Ordered from the incubator shop due to being let down by another site. Product delivered next day, plug adapter was missing but when I emailed the adapter was sent next day. Excellent communication and service, would recommend to anyone”
