“Excellent customer service. Asked if I could pay for a Happy Birthday cake topper and candles for my son as couldn’t see it on the website and they organised free of charge. It was his first birthday alone as he is only 17 and now in now in the army so really meant a lot. He said the brownies were absolutely gorgeous!! Fantastic company will certainly use again! :)”

“I received my batch of Brownies today, and they are perfectly delicious! As always, they were beautifully wrapped and presented, and delivered on time, by a reliable courier company. I had a small issue on my previous order, but Homemade Brownie Co's customer service was faultless in resolving this. Very professional. I thoroughly recommend the company (and the brownies). The fact that they are gluten free, as well as yummy, is a combination that's very hard to find! Do give them a try! I'll certainly be back :-)”

Thanks for the feedback Mark and we're sorry that we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. Our Blondies are baked for a shorter time to ensure they don't dry out because of the higher flour content, so this will explain why they have a slightly 'wetter' texture than a traditional brownie. We bake our brownies fresh every day so they should never be old or stale, so we're disappointed to hear that they appeared like that. Would it be possible to send images of these to adam@homemadebrownie.co.uk so that we can investigate further? Sorry again that we didn't meet expectations. We have also contacted you directly to see if there is anything else we can do on this.

“My only suggestion is not to have Homemade Brownie Company on the outside of the box as they are too much for the willpower of the people that receive them and should pass them over to the person written on the box, but don't pass them because they are too delicious!! They are soo good that they need a bodyguard with each delivery.”

“Present for my nephew and the Homemade Brownie Company provided a great service. Constantly kept up-to-date with the delivery of the goods and by all accounts the brownies were delicious. Would definitely use Homemade Brownie Company again.”
