The delivery driver was probably the best I've ever had in 20 years of having oil delivered, very helpful, very polite and chatty, the weird delivery route for my property did not phase him. “Came back to heating oil club after several years because my current oil club let me down dreadfully. And I do mean DREADFULLY. Happy to give details if requested. The chap delivering oil was super and he followed the directions not to come down my drive. Yes I paid maybe £15 more but I got my oil on time (actually several days early) and no damage to my shingle drive. It was well worth the slight extra in cost. I am a happy customer)”

“Well what can I say? Let's face it they just take your order and pass it on to someone else who delivers it! We are at the mercy of the delivery company. These days most of the heating oil companies seem to be owned by one of two large companies so there is absolutely no competition anymore. This was the cheapest quote I could find by about 0.17 pence. On this occasion the oil was delivered by Certas Energy who have just bought up pretty much all the remaining independents. My heart sank on looking at their reviews which are truly terrible, but they did deliver my oil promptly and phoned me a couple of times to let me know what was happening. Here comes Winter. Watch the price go up Up UP!”
