“I requested a phone call before the oil was delivered, it was booked for Monday but arrived Saturday morning with NO phone call. The reason for the phone call was that the dogs are large (Newfoundlands) and if we were out he would have to face the dogs on his own. So PLEASE call if the date/day is rearranged. Otherwise excellent service, thank you.”

“Cheaper than other buying clubs and very responsive. I was running low and needed an early delivery, not 14 days as proposed when ordered. I contacted the club and they managed to bring delivery forward by several days. Very helpful and recommended to others.”
