E communication throughout the process is excellent and you can receive a txt message notifying you of the day of delivery if you provide your mobile number. “I received excellent service from beginning to endwhen I ordered heating oil from the club. The Certas driver who delivered the oil was excellent in every way and friendly to boot. His efficiency and care was second to none and the process was completed within minutes. I ordered 1000 litres of oil but there was only room for 882 litres. I received my refund from Certas within ten days.”
