“This was my first order with you ,and the admin. went well... with a little help. However the delivery date was way out, and I did not receive a call to warn of the date/time as requested. It was good that my reserves were adequate!!”

“This was my first use of the Heating Oil Club. Registration was very simple and clear. I followed up with an order at a very competitive price compared with other suppliers. Again ordering was very straightforward and confirmed with an email giving a delivery by date. The delivery was in fact four days earlier with a phone call to advise me the previous day. A friendly delivery driver rounded off a very satisfactory order and I will not hesitate to look at the Heating Oil club next time I need a refill.”

Immediately after placing the order I had an email confirmation and shortly afterwards was advised when the oil would be delivered and the name of the supplier.
