“I think this service is great,delivered within 3 days of ordering.Only one minor hiccup,one week after delivery and we still don,t know how much we have been charged as we could not fit in the full 1000 ltrs that we asked for.”

Hello Bob, thanks for responding and apologies for the delay in getting a response from our supplier. As I mentioned in my email to you, any undelivered litres will be automatically refunded and there is no penalty so you will only pay for the litres delivered at the price quoted when ordering. Hello and thanks for responding. All of our suppliers either offer a premium product which has been tested and approved by Aga or the choice of an additive. In both cases the cost is around an additional 2ppl. This is all outlined in our FAQ's. Thanks, Mark.

“We require a CALL the day prior to delivery, as we are opposite a local special needs infant school, many with autism, so we alert them that a noisy lorry will be arriving. The need for a CALL the day before is stated clearly in the special instructions box, along with a landline to call. When on the morning that delivery is due, I have heard nothing, I contact the HOC to find out if we are getting delivery or not and ask them to CALL me, all I get is an email back telling me that the oil company texted me at 4 pm the day before. Unfortunately, as I was at work until 7pm I can't read my emails until then hence the need for a CALL! So NO CALL as request the day before, a mythical text to a LANDLINE which our telecom provider doesn't support and no CALL when I ask you office to call me. So once again we are not able to inform the school, so once again those with autism are distressed! As a result, when two people asked me in the last week who I would recommend I didn't recommend the HOC! You have one more chance on the next delivery to get it right or you will lose us as a customer as well!”

Sadly, this didn't go to plan. Somewhere between the order being picked up and delivered there was a disconnect, which is very unusual with this supplier. They did get your message but it was obviously misinterpreted. Please accept our apologies, I have amended your account with a stronger message. Mark.

“Found us fine, had the smallest vehicle, but still could not get up the 4metre wide driveway, due to the driveway being windy, so therefore had to pull the hole pipe to the tank, about 55metres away. We have a connecting hose pipe approx. 20 metres from driveway, driver did not have the right size connector, about a 2" size, other than that a very police and helpful driver.”
