“I had obtained a quote for a delivery from my usual supplier before joining The Heating Oil Club. The cost was significantly lower through The Heating Oil Club, but delivered by my usual supplier! Delivery was within two working days of placing the order, so very good service too.”

“Excellent price, even with prices being fairly low there was almost £100 between the heating oil club and the highest of the other prices. I think that I won't bother calling round again. Unfortunately the supplier did not read the notes that told them I needed notice of their arrival as access is locked. Fortunately I was home and noticed the tanker. I found the driver trying to get in through my neighbours garden........”

“It would be helpful to be told earlier when the delivery will be. At the end of ordering I found out that delivery would take seven days. Since our oil supply was pretty low I was more than worried that the oil would run out before the seven days were up. To top this, the oil did not arrive on the promised delivery date. Apparently the tanker had broken down that day. When I phoned up I was told it would be another two days before the oil would come. This was our first order, but the price was good and we managed not to run out completely. I was not kept informed about the delay and new delivery date. I had to find this out myself.”

“Delivered 4 days after the order was placed and I received money back into my account the day after delivery as he couldn't get all of the oil into the tank. Very impressed and the price was cheapest I could find.”

“I am very impressed with how my order was dealt with, not only was the price best of three quotes they told me the delivery day also who would deliver to me. Delivery came on the day they said by the company they said would deliver. I was so pleased I have recommended them to two other people who I know will be using them.
