“Further update. A polite apology due to errors on their part. If they are cheapest next time I'll use them. Rating up to four stars accordingly. Update. I've had a (no-reply) response arguing the toss about suppliers and addresses. As I have the docket with the wrong address on it, and the only reason the delivery got to me was because the driver phoned and I directed him to our address I think an apology is in order. I don't care if the cartel of oil suppliers are all part of the same company, if I am advised a certain supplier has accepted my order, I expect delivery from them. Unfortunately this means the rating is now downgraded. Original review. Good price at the time, BUT the people I was informed were going to deliver it (Butler) did not, and the people who did deliver (Certas) it had the house name correct, everything else was wrong. I suggest you sharpen up your act and systems to 1) don't mess about with suppliers and 2) get the address right (as on my membership details)”

Hello peter, thank you for responding to our survey request. Just a few points of order. Firstly, Butlers are a part of the Certas Group and have been for many years. The text message that you received on the day before delivery was from Certas. Secondly, the address details used by the supplier were provided by yourself as entered into your membership when joining, they are not changed by either us or our suppliers. This was the first time that you'd ordered via ourselves and consequently there was no room for error on this point. The delivery was made on time and to the correct address so it is difficult to understand why you were so dissatisfied?
