“I obtained several quotes on line. The heating oil club were cheapest and offered timely delivery. They used a delivery firm that I have used many times before. On this occasion there is absolutely nothing I could fault so I shall definitely consider using them again.”

“This is my third order in last 3 years. They appear to have a more competitive price than others. Delivery time can vary from a few days to a couple of weeks. Order is filled from a local supplier. Very satisfied with quality of oil for my early 70's Rayburn OF22 although since its a mandatory low-sulphur oil, I use Aderco 5000 additive and get a clean burn in the old vapourising burners. “Ordering was easy. The price was competitive. The oil was delivered a day earlier than promised, but the driver telephoned ten minutes before he arrived, so it was no problem. The delivery went well despite the narrow trackway to the tank. The driver was friendly and the paperwork was good.”

“Normally better prices than Boilerjuice. Most times delivery comes within the agreed timescale but not always. Sometimes the driver arrives without warning, even though I put on every order to contact me the day before delivery so I can unlock our gates and the oil tank.”

I'd anticipated a slightly longer lead time so the 1200 litre tank wouldn't quite take the full quantity ordered. Refund made to my card a few days later. Very pleased, thanks.”

“I always ring around c. 10-15 local suppliers that I have used over the past twenty years each time I need oil. Then call back the best two or three and ‘negotiate’. I discovered The Heating Oil Club after a recommendation from an oil supplier about two years ago and they have had three of the last four deliveries and usually win by a penny or more. Easy to use website and 100% reliable so far. The Heating Oil Club works whereas all the other on line oil sites that I have tried are always more expensive than the best quote that I can find over the phone.”
