“I have been very pleased with the service I received. I shall certainly continue to get my deliveries in future via the oil club. As I find it very difficult to calculate how much oil is left in the tank I was especially grateful for a quick delivery. The only thing which I can suggest for improvement is that the date of an anticipated delivery could come up on the screen before the order is completed. Perhaps this might be difficult but it would be really helpful. H.”

Thanks for responding and also for your comments. We always try to deliver within 5 working days where practicable, as in your case. The difficulty in showing this before order is due to the slight variances in delivery days that our suppliers can offer. As the supplier is 'chosen' by virtue of the best price, we can only then offer a delivery by date. Hope that clarifies thins somewhat. Thank you again. Mark.

“Ordered on the Saturday, confirmed on the Monday and delivered on Tuesday. How fast was that. Didn't require a fast delivery, expected in around 2 - 3 weeks, but this was basically the next day at no extra cost. They were cheaper than "Boiler Juice" & the "Oil-Club" too.”

“I rang round my usual suppliers for prices and as usual they gave me a price and said if you can beat it tell us and we will try and come down , Then i contacted the Heating oil Club and they gave me the best price of all . I then rang back the others and they could not touch it Geoffs even sent me a letter saying they would beat any quote and give me £10 off on top They could not beat the Heating Oil Club , I will definitely use them again”
