“To say I was waiting until I could take 1000 ltrs, & Christmas was fast approaching, it was a toss-up as whether I would get fuel oil in time. However, no problem to Oil Club. One week before Christmas, the order went in & before the end of the week it arrived; and by the small tanker asked for. Not a mark on the drive. Very pleased. We had been urgently called out but no worries, got back and it was there for us. Thanks Oil Club.”

“Like the idea of the heating oil club and liked the price quoted. However, delivery needs to be more clear as "on or before" a date is not easy to accommodate with work commitments and not always able to change when advised that delivery will be a day earlier than expected and also no timescale given. Hope that this can be sorted before our next order.”

“hi i can strongly vouch for heating oil club, I was in a fix and they emailed me back within five minutes mark sorted my problem and the price was cheaper than many thank you mark I had tried 7 other company's no joy in getting back to me J. Oxbury”

“everything is fine...Just one thing that has happened. I was unable to take full selivery of my order..(only 1030 liters out of 2500 due too small leak in fill pipe). I have received a bill for the 1020 liters from Butler fuel but the 2500 liters was paid for in full. Can you check into this for me? Many thanks, Paul Mencher”

“We have to order a smaller vehicle but this time the driver drove over our grass verge making it look unsightly and required re turfing. Usually this has never happened. Hopefully this won't happen again as I did stop the driver and tell him.”
