“Getting oil from the heating club is very easy, and we know we are getting it for a very good price. The only drawback is delivery. We were told it would be delivered before Thursday, and it usually comes the day before, but this time it came on the Monday at just gone 8am, good job I was in as our oil tank is locked, so it would have been a wasted journey for the delivery man, a more definite delivery day would be better. But that is the only drawback, everything else is first class.”

“A bit confusing as the provider phones Monday to say the fuel would be coming on Tuesday early. Waited until 1000am, but nowt happened. A very pleasant Greek brought it at 0730 Wednesday - as per an email sent the previous week. Still awaiting invoice please.”

“A good service, delivered by Butlers, who I have used in the past, ordering from them directly. Delivery was 1724 litres as this was all the driver had on board, the order was for 1800 litres. I would comment that the truck scheduling was poor, as my delivery was on Wednesday as promised, but a delivery was made to my neighbor on Monday, and he only lives 100 metres from me. I ordered my oil knowing that he had just placed his order. The driver commented that he thought the delivery schedule was not always well planned.”
