“Was worried about using heating oil club as i had not heard of them before and they were a lot cheaper than anyone else. But after researching online, they are a very genuine company and my oil was delivered by a local company within a week. very pleased, will be using again.”

“It's the first time I've used this service and the price was very good. Although none of the special instructions were carried out. I live opposite a Primary School and advised not to drop off between 8.30/9.30 am and 2.30/3.30 pm. Well driver arrived at 8,40 and caused absolute mayhem. So thank you Oil Club but no thanks delivery driver”

“Online service was good along with pricing. However, the delivery notes clearly recorded on the order were not passed to the supplier. The delivery arrived when it shouldn't have which could have resulted in a delivery failure or issues with my neighbours. In future please ensure the notes are passed to the supplier and that the supplier reads them.”

Hello and thanks for your note. The details were passed to our supplier and they contacted you with a text message to the mobile telephone number supplied to us. I accept that you might have preferred a telephone call but during busy times, it becomes very difficult to call everyone who'd like to be contacted and consequently an automated text service is used.
