“Oil delivered at a good price and earlier than the initial date indicated. the only reason for only giving 4 stars was that it was a slightly nervous wait before I got confirmation of a delivery date, if I had been desperate for oil I would have had a few uncomfortable days hoping for a delivery in time. Will definitely use again.”

“After speaking to quite a few local companies The Heating Oil Club produced the cheapest quote but could not deliver for a few days, this is the system and was fine by me as I still had some oil. They delivered on the day and all was fine, no problems, I am happy and I shall definitely get a quote from them next time (this is not my first delivery from them). Simply, order before you are desperate (allow maybe four or five days) and you will probably get the cheapest quote.”

“I give 5 Star for the club, but on this occasion the supplier Certas gets 1* they was not helpful in giving a am or pm delivery time or a tx message 1 hour before delivery, Certas were only interested in trying to sell me "Anything" to do with oil related items...… not impressed with cold calling salesmen.”

“You missed two deliveries, despite Butler fuels having been here many times before, the first excuse being they couldn't find the tank and no one was in, yes I was, the second time apparently they ran out of time, but no one let me know this. The third try made it but there was no advance warning that the oil was coming and the tanker turned up at 7 in the morning. Total Rubbish”
