“My home has been on heating oil since I bought the house 30 years ago, this is the best price I have found for heating oil compared to the standard companies I have used in the past. Yes I had to wait 12 days but to say almost 8p per litre on the best price I could find locally this is not a difficult issue simply means I monitor my oil levels more closely to allow for delivery time.”

“I could not believe how good your heating club was the price for my oil was just brilliant I have told loads of friends . About your prices and the club they could not believe how really good every thing is the driver was really nice. Me and my wife love it and would not . Every thing about the oil club is just fine you do not have too change or improve anything .just fine.”

“The best thing is the price. 9 times out of 10 you are the cheapest. Worst thing is lead time to delivery and on occasions, despite your acknowledgement page assuring customers changes to delivery will be notified, they are not. Often a txt message from the delivery company arrives after a delivery has occurred.”

“I found the heating oil club to be much cheaper than the usual oil suppliers. Easy to use and when they couldn't fit the full 1000ltrs in my tank the outstanding funds were transferred back to my account. Oil was delivered by one of the reputable dealers. Would be happy to use the heating oil club again.”

“It doesn't seem to be the right sort of start to this review when I say that I had to wait some days before I ordered. The reason was because of the price and delivery arrangements. The price was 7p per litre less than any quotes I investigated. Even the company through whom I had ordered on numerous occasions previously. I did place the order with fingers crossed as I thought there would be some sort of snag. Would you believe it? The order was delivered within the timescale and at the price quoted! Brilliant.”

“A very good price but the actual delivery date seems to be a bit of a challenge. You are provided with an estimated date but this is only an estimate. It would be good to be provided with an actual date at some point as I am not prepared to leave my tank unlocked for days at a time. This resulted in one missed delivery and then having to chase up another.”
