“I thought the service I have received was excellent, from the ordering of the oil to when I confirmed delivery, thanks for a great job and great price, I had received a quote from another company and they were £60 more expensive for 500 ltrs! Keep up the good work and I will definitely use you again. Thanks again.”

“Thank you for your support. I am a new customer and was very impressed with the quick reply, and support I had back from the organisor Mark when I had serious concerns waiting for delivery of my oil. He was very helpful when the oil failed to turn up to deliver my oil. It was due to the oil company's lorry breaking down. The Company was very helpful and assured me that they would get the oil delivered the oil next day. This they did. So again I am very pleased with the service and wish to thank you for your support. Also the oil was cheaper than elsewhere.”

“Although the price was very good,the delivery was also very good .The one problem was the driver was only able to deliver 733 liters before the tank was full.As at todays date I have not received the part refund to my A/C.I assume this is being processed.This is the only reason I have not marked the very good.I am sure this will be rectified so I can use you in the future. Hello Mr. Caton, Glad that for the most part, everything was good. In terms of refunds, these tend to happen in two ways. If the full payment is taken by the supplier before delivery and a lesser amount is delivered, the refund is processed by them following confirmation and issued to the card used, this can take 7-10 days. Some suppliers however 'ring fence' the payment and then take a final amount after delivery, in these cases the amount taken would always equate to the amount delivered. “Excellent service. I saved nearly £300 on 1000 l. compared to my normal supplier. The whole ordering and delivery process was simple and efficient. The delivery driver was friendly, cheery and helpful, despite us living in a remote location with difficult access. The only suggestion I would make is to include an obvious field on the on-line order form to include AGA additive as required. This was not clear when I ordered and caused some confusion as I had to make a follow-up phone call, although this was also efficiently handled. Overall, very impressed and I have recommended the service to friends and family.”

“The service was prompt but failure to follow my delivery 'notification ' instructions meant that I was at home purely by chance and able to unlock the tank etc. This driver could have had a wasted journey. Hopefully the next time I place an order the instructions i.e to phone the day before will be adhered to.”

“We ordered oil because we had run out and as The Oil Company states on their website if you insert 'RUN OUT' on the online application, oil should be delivered within 24-48hrs. We were given a delivery slot which was 5 days time (not 1 to 2 days) so i made a few chasing phone calls although it seemed no one could really help. An oil company did call on day 3 to say they would be delivering the oil later that day and the gentlman who arrived at the house was very friendly. So, it took longer than what it stated on the website but it was definitely service with a smile!”
