“I would like to feel that as things revert gradually to normal an order for oil should be completed within 7-10 days, not over three weeks which makes planning difficult. For about 30 years we bought our oil through Kent wool growers and delivery was 5-10 days max via Southern Counties, who are know part of Certas. Long before the Pandemic certas were elongating the delivery times. I would appreciate it if you could keep an eye on them as I'sure I'm not the only person to notice the drift. Thank you. Peter Bell”
