“Price was the cheapest around at the time and buying process was easy. However delivery turned up at 9am without any warning about 10 days after ordering. We were given an estimate of date but had no follow up email or phone call to confirm. The driver was very understanding and helpful as I was still in bed! It would be so much better if we could be advised of date of delivery.”
