“Until I found the heating oil club I would spend hours trying to find the cheapest heating oil. Now I don't do more than a cursory check. The heating oil club is substantially cheaper than any other site I have come across. The latest time the savings compared to other sites meant I saved over £50 on 1,000 litres on the next cheapest offer. Why go anywhere else?”

“Delivery arrived on day stated, but because we were last on the list and the firm are apparently tight fisted, we got short changed in the amount. It may only be a litre to you, but its money to a pensioner. The worst of it was we had to ask for a refund as we waited after the invoice arrived, but the difference wasn't corrected, so I felt like I was being trivial by requesting for the difference.”

“Asked to be called an hour before delivery as access needs to be unlocked, was called 2 mins before, luckily I was nearby so was able to get back in time. I know these requests are passed onto the delivery company by THOC and therefore they have no control over whether these are acted on or not, just a bit annoying really but not the end of the world!”
