“Inexperienced consultation - I had a Botox and other face treatment. I had a consultation and was given a price. I can imagine the price is not accurate but... I had to pay twice more. I was initially told it will cost £500 but had to pay £1000 after the treatment was done. I was talking to many people regarding the price but it was very hard to get any information which would make any sense. Till now I have no idea what I was paying for. If I want to see my file I would have to pay additional £50!!!!”

“Very poor customer service. I had bikini and full leg laser treatment. They missed a patch of skin and I had to travel to London for them to asses if that is true. No sorry, nothing. Only that I will have to come (again 1 hour journey) on a separate occasion after my treatments are over so they can treat the missed area.”

“"I had been really unhappy with my teeth for some time when i came to The Harley Street Smile Clinic, My teeth were discoloured and crooked and one of my front teeth (existing veneers) had gone grey. I always avoided having my photo taken! My first meeting with Dr Moreira was great - he explained some of my options and showed me a digital mock-up of what my smile would look like. i was very nervous but over the two appointments i had, Dr Moreira was very gentle and reassuring, explaining everything each step of the way, My veneers look fantastic now - my family & friends have commented on how good they look. This was honestly the best decision i have ever made - thank you so much to Dr Moreira and the team!"”

“Life Changing! Dream Come True: went from having the worst teeth ever to the Perfect smile after having 10 Veneers done: having the biggest phobia of the dentist my experience with Harley Street Smile Clinic made it so amazing nothing to be scared of! Jill made the entire process from our initial emails and my sending pics: so reassuring, lovely and she was just amazing beyond words she was such a HUGE part of my experience, i probably would not have started my treatment if i had not dealt with her to beguin with. Then onto my treament with Dr. Maurice Johannes was amazing: he was gentle, explained what he was doing at every single stage & kept checking i was ok throughout my apppointments. Only thing I am not happy with is that i lived the way i did for 32 years and that i had not done it sooner! More then confidence its given me so much more. SO happy, experience was perfect and results are also. Thank you Maurice & Jill. Thanks a million!”

“Cannot thank Dr. Johannes and the team at Harley Street Smile enough, I love my new smile!! From start to finish everything was explained clearly, all my questions answered and I felt completely at ease throughout - Dr Johannes took me through all my options to ensure I was comfortable and not once did I feel obligated (although there was no question in my mind!!), the level of professionalism and service was second to none, and I'm absolutely over the moon with the results - if you are thinking about having veneers I would recommend Harley St Smile without hesitation, it's the best thing I ever did and the team are amazing!! “I had visited many dentists before Harley Street in the hope of finding a clinic I was comfortable with. However , none lived up to the standards and excellent staffing of this one . From the initial enquiry, it was smooth sailing . Jill was very informative and professional and , most importantly , very welcoming . Dr Johannes lived up to the high expectations I had of him , given his reputation: you feel completely at ease and in safe hands and his manner is warm and reassuring . The outcome is fantastic and worth every penny . Cannot thank the team enough.”

“The Harley steet clinic did an amazing job with my 6 porcelain veneers. It's made such a huge difference. Even when I go shopping people will compliment about having nice teeth. “I arrived at smile in Harley street and at soon I went in there was a really rude receptionist/assistant , she was very unpolite almost like she didn't care about anything , I ask a few questions about the mouth tray print that she was taken and she reply that I don't no anything ,I'm here only to take the impression .... Disgusting place, never ever again will go there”

Hi there, I think you have confused us with a similarly named clinic in Harley Street. We are called the Harley Street Smile Clinic, located at No 128. We are not called Smile. And we do not have anyone other than dentists that would ever take any impressions. It can be very damaging to have negative things written about you if they are not true, as I'm sure you understand. “I travelled up to Harley street after reading through lots of good reviews online and I was not disappointed with the finished result. Before I had my teeth done, they were severely crowded and I didn't think veneers would ever be an option for me but I was glad to find out they were after a consultation with Mr Maurice. The process was quick, easy and pain free. Mr Maurice is clearly an expert at what he does. Definitely recommend.”
