“The handles I ordered were awful. The photography's not indicate they were simply thin pressed steel. I threw them away.”

Good morning, Simon The picture of the handle on the website is a true reflection of the item you purchased and is of excellent quality. We sell thousands of these to very satisfied customers. “The process of ordering the handle we ordered as a sample of one was fine although the postage is quite high. Also there are no free returns and so this makes it a quite expensive process just to see if you like something. I am likely not to order again unless free returns (even if only for samples) are offered.”

Hi Karin, The delivery prices are stated clearly in the basket and checkout screen before you order any items on our website, we also have a dedicated delivery page for you to see the prices there also. If your order was returned to us in full then you would have had a full refund including the delivery charge paid, the only charge would have been to return your order back to us. At this moment in time we are unable to offer free returns. All of our returns and delivery information are freely available on our website for any customer to see, if any customer is unsure then they can always contact us and we would be only too happy to help. “Sadly many of the handles I ordered did not fit properly on the cabinets as the casting of the iron hasn’t been done properly. Also the screws that came with it weren’t suitable for the door thickness- would have been better if choice of screws to work with normal thickness doors.”

Good morning, Claire. Thank you for your review. Here at the Handle Studio, we welcome all reviews. However, in this instance we believe that your review is a little unfair as we were not given the opportunity to resolve any issues you may have had with the handles you purchased. With regards to the screw lengths, all our handles are supplied with 25mm fixing screws as standard, unless otherwise stated on the product page. These are suitable for a standard kitchen with surfaces of 18-20mm. If a customer has thicker or thinner surfaces than this, they would require longer screws which can be ordered with the handles. “I have bought from the handle studio before and found the product quality very good. On my last order the colour quality was quite inconsistent which was not ideal. Additionally there is no discount offered for non trade multi buys which I find disappointing”

Dear Sasha, If you feel that there is an issue with the finish, you are more than welcome to send them back to us. We do offer discount to customers who continually to purchase from us, looking back at your history we can see that you have placed 3 orders to a total of £66.69 with your first order placed in May 2022, in order to receive extra discount you would have to place orders on a more regular basis. “Sadly I am very disappointed as the 4 cupboard handles I ordered, only 3 of them are matching. The 4th one is much lighter in colour with a different screw. I was so confident to go ahead and place an order having read the reviews, so I really was surprised that the handle studio thought it OK to send out such a mis match of handles. It's glaringly obvious too.”
