As you had already sent the refill back we did not believe you required any further information from us so a response was not necessary. As of today the refill has not arrived back with us but rest assured the moment it does arrive, we will send a replacement.

“The sharpener is made well but it does not fit most pencils. Only blackwing pencils. It does say this in the literature - but who the hell wants a sharpener that won't work on most pencils. Disappointed. Terry.”
