“I recently bought some stationery and writing acoutrements from Hamilton Pen Company - the quality of the items is as advertised, delivery was prompt and the items were appropriately packaged. I am very pleased with my stationery, and a gift for my daughter which I bought but chuffed to bits with my roll-over blotter which I use for letter writing with wet ink - it is so cool. Thank you.”

“Excellent service, when I ordered a Cross Bailey Light fountain pen recently to be despatched to a friend as a gift. At my request, a brief note was included for the recipient. The pen was despatched the same day and arrived in the post the following day. Crucially, all was in order with the pen and its recipient said that it wrote like a dream.”

Hi Rachael Well, how disgraceful to leave a review like that. If you look back at the emails between us you will see that my response was as follows: "I’m sorry about that, please return it to us and we will exchange for you. If you let us have details of your postage cost we will reimburse you." It then transpired that you had ordered the incorrect item so you asked for a full refund rather than a replacement. The item was received by us this morning and we refunded you in full within 30 minutes of receiving the item along with your postage cost, despite you not returning the product packaging. “I’m delighted to have found a rare pen from the Hamilton Pen Company and honestly I can’t find it anywhere else on the internet. It’s literally unique! That’s truly a miracle! Yet the additional purchase of a pen refill wasn’t that successful, which I believe was an occasional computer glitch and nevertheless it didn’t get on my nerves anyway. I will keep browsing the online store occasionally for special collections.”
