“The person I telephoned for information on my purchase did not know about the product and shouted accross the shop to some one else. Did not sound very interested and I felth that I was being a nuissance although i spent ov er £50 on stationery. One of the items on the Order was Lallo A4 paper but 3 Candles was sent in error. Due to the attitutde of the person i spoke to I really couldnt be bothered to conctact them again but 3 candles is nothing like as good for ink pen as Lallo in my opinion.”

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service. We openly publish our telephone number on our website as we welcome customers telephoning in so to read your review did surprise me. On the day your order was placed there was myself and one other member of staff in and neither of us have any recollection of this conversation. Our call log shows a call was received from a Sheffield number just before the order was placed but was not answered before the caller hung up. I am sorry if we sent the wrong product, we would of happily put that right had we been contacted.
