“A lovely website with a good range of pens from the plain and simple to the more elaborate and decorative. A courteous email from the founder of the company to thank me for looking at the site (I do realise it's automated, but a comforting illusion of personal service!). Prompt and efficient service, goods delivered next day. There's even a free gift of Pilot pens. Nice touch.”

“I have only recently discovered The Hamilton Pen Company, signed up to their newsletter and made my first order. I am delighted with the service I received, as not only did they stock the hard to find items I needed, they were sent promptly and I was kept informed by email to let me know my order had been received and that the package had been dispatched. I felt unafraid to make queries as they were so approachable and friendly. It was also very convenient to be able to pay by PayPal! I will definitely be back to shop again very soon!”
