Hi Margaret I'm sorry to hear the ink converter you purchased does not fit your pen. We have had no correspondence from you regarding the pen that you purchased this item for, so cannot give any advice. As detailed in the listing, the converter does not fit all Sheaffer pens so if you please contact us we can hopefully get to the bottom of this and find you one that does.

“Really great service. The pens were packed very carefully, and they arrived safely. I get nervous when buying these things because many places pack them into a bubble envelope and the boxes get squashed in the post. The boxes arrived in perfect condition which is really important if you are giving someone a gift or you collect the packaging. I will definitely look here if I need something again!”
