Hi Emily The item you received was the red highlighter which was exactly what you ordered. You paid £1.15 for the pen, the RRP is £1.96, so a 41% discount on RRP. We cannot find this product any cheaper elsewhere so we are a bit puzzled that you feel this was overpiced.

“We bought a fountain pen whilst in London, not knowing that we'd be unable to purchase cartridges for refill in the US. What??? True - sad but true.
