Ordering was fine, product very good but a little over priced. Delivery very poor. Parcel left in an outside bin despite me being in the house. No-one rang the bell, card said left in porch! Not impressed.

Pleased with ease of ordering and prompt delivery, however disappointed with the product. The ProQuip Winter trouser does not have any better thermal qualities than a normal pair of golf trousers. Wouldn't recommend them for cold weather wear.

ProQuip Pro-Tech Winter Tech Golf Trousers: Good fitting and stylish trouser. I bought then as a Winter trouser for the advertised "thermal qualities", however as another reviewer stated, they lack any thermal qualities. In fact second time I wore them, I wore a pair of long John's underneath. I would not recommend them as a thermal trouser. No warmer than a normal trouser. Very disappointing.

Excellent delivery. Poor packaging - golf shoes are a Christmas present, presentation dissappointing. The box and the tissue paper wrapped around the shoes loos battered!

I was impressed with the efficiency of the delivery but my husband was a little disappointed with the quality...the sleeves were tighter, the collar smaller and the material thinner. He has bought Footjoy for many years. It has to be said it was certainly cheaper to purchase from you compared to the Pro shops. Thanks

Good overall product however took a while to arrive could have just been bought on Amazon for half the price and came next day.

Hi, thank you for your review. It is difficult to compete with Amazon. We pride ourselves on great customer service and have an amazing team that gets the orders out quickly and efficiently. We offer free delivery on all orders if you have an account with us. That would have saved you the delivery cost and made your tees much cheaper. I can see your order was placed on Friday and arrived on Wednesday, which is within our normal time frame. However, we also offer next-day delivery options if you need anything quicker. I ordered a dozen ProV1 balls as a gift. They arrived on time, which was fine. Unfortunately, the box they were in was fairly dented at 2 corners. It probably didn't help matters that they were despatched in a parcel with no padding. Also, the ball sleeves were rather tatty. The balls themselves were fine, however I felt that I couldn't give them as a gift, so kept them for myself and had to visit a local Pro shop to buy another dozen, which put me out of pocket, hence only 3 stars instead of the 5 I would otherwise have given.

Your order left us on the Monday and arrived on the Thursday so 4 working days after it was placed. We send all customers tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Choice was good but delivery was as terrible, I had no idea when I would get my goods and indeed they arrived over a week later! My first order arrived within 3 days!!

In the world we are used to now I don't understand why a business takes over a week to deliver your order, delivery was really slow, no real communication, left a bit in limbo land.

We can see that you received your order on the 5th working day and on dispatch you would of received a dispatch email with tracking information. We can see you placed your order on Saturday 30th March, we dispatched this on Tuesday 2nd April and it was delivered by Friday 5th April. This order went via Royal Mail 48 hour service so the tracking email should not have told you it was going to be delivered on Wednesday. Delivery time for a pair of golf gloves was about 2 weeks, if I had known this before ordering I would have got them from elsewhere

Our delivery times for many items are incredibly quick as we keep a large range of products in stock; we may occasionally need to order items directly from the manufacturer, which is what has happened with your gloves. We quote 3-7 working days for delivery. Your order was placed on the 31st January, and you received it on the 8th February, which is 6 working days, so still within our time frame. We feel our delivery times are well communicated on our website, so hopefully, you would have been aware of the time frame.
