I have come to expect very good service and top quality products from GSO. However the last two purchases have not met the advertising specifications for the items. 1. I purchased winter trousers that were described as insulated but were the coldest golf trousers I've ever worn and I returned them for a credit note. 2 with the credit note I purchased a ping pullover but when this arrived it was very thin stretchy material, the same as a polo shirt, nothing like described. I've given up now and hung the item in the wardrobe waiting for the summer to wear it. I'm disappointed .

Dispatched ontime delivery company DHL useless. Constantly saying delay. Failed delivery twice. Then part delivery still waiting for the other part of the order!! Over 10 days since I placed the order!

Ogio all weather silencer cart golf bag Brush stroke cameo 5124045OG Bag is ok head cover bit awkward to put on if in a hurry. NO GOOD FOR one length clubs as clubs RATTLE club support does not hold then in firm enough to stop them twisting. Ogio all weather Overall the look quality and pockets are great. But I purchased for the bag to support my clubs and stop them rattling on the course and in the car.

Polos were not the same even though i ordered 17 of the exact same polo. Couldnt return as we only realised once we got them personalised. I emailed customer service but no reply..

Hi I ordered a gift voucher on Tuesday for a present next day , It was just after cut off , so I called and asked was I going to get it next day , was told if I ordered in the next 5 to 10 mins then yes it would be put through , needles to say I waited all day ahb as result I had to my embarrassment attend without gift disappointing :(((

Ok website and offers, but don’t understand why they don’t offer free returns like most others. So for the reason alone I personally wouldn’t buy from these guys in the future unfortunately.

We try to keep our prices as competitive as possible and offer free delivery on everything when you have an account with us, so we absorb as much of the cost for customers as we can. We also feel we offer very reasonable return rates, you can purchase a DPD label for £4 which will send most items back even the bigger ones such as golf bags. Price competitive, service very good, product not good - Wilson ilock DRY golf bag, not so dry, both main side pockets leaked badly first time out in the rain hence only 2 stars

HI Thank you for your review - Sorry to hear that the bag is not waterproof this is a water-resistant bag and not fully waterproof however if you think it is excessively leaking in a light shower please do let us know and we can look further into this for you.

The actual delivery and communication was really good, but unfortunately the water proof shoes I ordered have leaked on the second time of using them. The shoes at first were really comfortable, but as I have already said "the water has seeped through after 2 rounds of golf? Gutted really.

One of my purchases was a pair of winter/wet weather gloves in men’s size M/L. I have worn thin size of gloves previously from several different makers and they are always a great fit for me. The gloves from you were not a good fit in fact I couldn’t get them halfway on. I have given them to my wife and they are a reasonable fit for her small hands. She’s happy with the purchase but I was not happy at all.

Sorry not great. Had to chase my order and was 10 days before it came. Item too small by far and I’m a standard 14.

Trousers were not as anticipated and needed a reduction of leg length. I don’t normally have such problems. Will not be buying from this supplier again.

Ordered charcoal FJ trousers. Already have a pair in same colour so knew what to expect . Threw out the packaging and stuck them in the drawer. Time came to wear them ... they're a shade of dark ,olive green ! Too late to do anything. Lesson one ... open packaging carefully , if they are not charcoal send them back. Not a happy golfer

Shop was great with plenty of choice. Very good prices. Disappointed with the product unfortunately. Cap was worn once in the sun and has faded very badly.

Golf trolley arrived with bash and scrape on it so not happy especially as these faults are right on the front of the golf trolley ie clearly visible to all

Wrong item arrived Tried online to contact you but couldn’t (maybe due to my poor IT capabilities) so tried to call several times and numbers but lines weren’t being answered. Been away for a few days so I’m going to try again!😏

Impressed by the website and ease of the process for ordering. However I’ve still not received my gloves, mainly because of Royal Mail. I’d suggest you use a different courier as RM strikes are going to cause more delays. Not entirely your fault but you have the ability to change courier
