I don’t know how the product is since I haven’t received it yet - DX Express have twice failed to deliver - they provide a date and then don’t turn up - no message, no apology in fact no communication whatsoever ! Change your courier !

Hi Steven, thank you for your review. I have just checked your order for the Powakaddy Micra Push Trolley and Powakaddy Umbrella Holder and I can see they were delivered successfully by DPD on the 27th November. We do not use DX Express as a courier, so I think this may be another parcel you are waiting for. If this is the case, we would really appreciate it if you changed this review from a 1 star. As you asked… I still haven’t received the item of clothing that I ordered - it was returned to you due to no house number been put on my delivery address - I’m sure my house number has to be given when making the order. Communication was poor and when I did ask what was happening I was told that as soon as you receive the returned package then it will be resent to me. All this is fine - no big deal to me - I’m confident that I will get my package but I thought that an identical item would be resent as soon as you received my email saying what my house number was - or at least say as soon as the package was received by you that it would be resent - I had to enquire to find this out.

Hi John Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate hearing from our customers. We are very sorry for the delay with your order. Although our website will ask for the first line of your address to be populated, it cannot verify whether the information inputted is correct. I can see the house number was missing from your address on your order. Unfortunately, Royal Mail does not inform us of any problems with the address, and they do not let us change it when it is in the postal system, so we have to wait for it to come back to us before we can contact our customer to get the correct information and resend it. If we were aware of any problems before the date we contacted you (5th March) we would of course of reached out. We are a small team and pride ourselves on excellent customer service, but sometimes it is out of our hands once it is with the courier, so we can only apologise. We would really appreciate it if you would reconsider your review as this does have a big impact on our business and we feel we really tried our hardest to keep you informed and acted as quickly as we could on this occasion. I bought a pair of Footjoy shoes and, typically, just after the one year warranty expired they split and began to leak. So after speaking to Footjoy they suggested to go back to where I purchased them from and ask for them to do a return. I emailed with the copy receipt but I never received a response, not even an acknowledgement. That was a 5 months ago, and the small split is now significant and my feet are soaking! So, I would not recommend buying from this lot, and think twice about buying Footjoy.

Hi Mark We have checked our email system and can see you emailed us on the 27th October at 15:54 and we replied after the weekend on the 30th October at 9:04am. Our reply stated the Footjoy warranty and our returns process for your shoes. Golf bag was great however I cannot give 5 stars as the use of DHL need to be changed. Absolutely hellish 10 days dealing with DHL trying to get my delivery made. Change your courier please otherwise I will never purchase from you again nor would I recommend you.

Sorry to hear that you have had a problem with the courier. We advise to contact us as soon as you have noticed a problem with the delivery, and we would of been on hand to assist you with any difficulties you are facing with direct contact to our couriers. Of course in the future if there is another courier you prefer to use we also use DPD and royal mail and we can change your selected courier for future orders if you wish to.

The bag was unfortunately damaged. It had been squashed and was not round. I kept it as it was needed and I’m not sure about returns. On the first outing the strap broke. The plastic connection was weak and unreliable. Most disappointing

I am very disappointed as the scrixon box of balls x 2 dispatched are defective in that the white paint flakes off and therefore rendering them useless. Please can you dispatch a fresh box of scrixon Ad 333 x2 failing which I will take this further as they are clearly defective goods Thank you.

Shocking returns policy, ordered two large sized tops, one large, one extra large arrive. Contacted you guys and was told I had to pay cost of return of which was due to your mistake, SERIOUSLY. I understand the policy of charging for returns if someone orders five items to try on and return unwanted, but this as I’ve stated was YOUR mistake. Leaves a sour taste and will probably buy elsewhere in future, even if a bit more expensive, should I need to return a item it could actually work out cheaper!! Flexibility in your return policy is required. Disappointed

Hi Thank you for your review - i have just checked your original order and i can see that you ordered 1 x large and 1 x XL . On this occasion, this is an order you placed incorrectly when ordering online and this is why we have not refunded your postage for this return exchange. DON'T USE !!! Purchassed four items at one go ...unfortunatly the Under Armour trousers turned up the wrong colour which was not my fault (Navy arrived instead of the Black that I ordered) they looked black in the bag until you took them out ...phoned them and was told "sorry about that but we will refund you and will also refund your delivery outlay" (that was £4.30 with DPD) ...got the refund for the trousers but NOT for the postage I paid out for. Will never use again. My advice to Golf Shop Online ...don't make promises you won't keep, thats exactly how you lose customers, especially new ones !!!

Very disappointed, registered with the site and purchased some equipment. When subsequently looking for some golf boots, i had seen them cheaper (in my size) on another site, but thought i would patronise "The Golf shop" as i already had an account and asked for a price match. Over the 4 day interval it appears the other site had sold out in my size so they would not honour the deal. Not a big deal as plenty of online suppliers for me to shop around but as i said very disappointed.

The boots arrived on time and were great the first time I wore them. The second time I was hugely disappointed as water came into the right hand boot soaking my foot and socks. Not impressive. I'm hoping for a replacement or refund
