“Had a problem to start with where my shoes arrived on next day delivery but were the wrong size and colour. Couldn’t get hold of GSO on the phone but emailed customer services. The error was resolved quickly with the right shoes delivered the next day plus a sleeve of Prov1s and the next day delivery charge refunded. A good recovery from a bad start”
