“Efficient service and golf shoes were as described and good value. I am very happy with my purchase. The company would have provided free delivery if I had been based in mainland Uk but because I am in Northern Ireland a charge of almost £10 (£9.99) was applied. I feel this is not a true reflection of the additional cost to the Golf Shop of Royal Mail ordinary parcel post to Northern Ireland - delivery costs are the same with Royal Mail throughout the UK. There are a lot of companies who do not discriminate against customers based in Northern Ireland and I feel it is deeply unfair. This is the reason my review is not 5 star.”

“Broke an 8 iron on a Thursday morning and was worried about finding a replacement.Ordered a new one at the golf shop online on the Thursday night and it was delivered on the Saturday afternoon, brilliant service.”

“Trousers were not as anticipated and needed a reduction of leg length. I don’t normally have such problems. Will not be buying from this supplier again.”

Thank you for your review, Sorry to hear that your trousers didn't fit - the trousers were a 30 leg - if these were incorrect sizing we would of asked for these to be returned to us so that we can inspect them for you and exchange them accordingly. We offer a 60 day returns policy and we could of helped with the return for you - please next time contact us first to discuss if you have a problem with an order as it is our priority to offer you a good service and resolve any issues.
