“Order ecco golf shoes on Sunday the 8th May. It said on the website that they would be delivered on Tuesday 10th May did not arrive until Thursday 12th may .when I looked at my credit card statement I had been charged twice I rang customer service and was told I have not be charged twice .I had to take photo of my credit card statement and send them to customer service. They then agreed to refund my credit card. it took over a week to sort this problem out not good.”

Hi Anthony We are so sorry for the problem with your order. The delivery time on our website is only an indicator for orders placed on a Next Day service which it does say on the product screen and in the basket so apologies if this was missed. All standard orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days so we were well within this time frame. As for the duplicate payment, we are incredibly sorry for this. We have never seen this happen before so this is why we would of told you the money has not been taken twice. However, I can see that for some reason it was and was flagged with our tech team to fix the problem. We refunded you one of the amounts on the 16th May. Apologies once again for this, we are a hard-working team and would do anything to make sure your experience with us is simple. If there is anything we can help with in the future please let us know. “Ordered and paid for the item only to be told it's out of stock. The additional link provided stated they had secured more stock, only to find they did not have my size. Called and asked for a refund only to be told they have stock but don't know where it is in the warehouse. Customer service was helpful and personally went to the warehouse to find the stock. Delivered next day”

“Not great I got charged twice. It took me a week and about 2 phone calls to yourselves to get refund onto my credit card. I ordered the ecco golf shoes on the Sunday 8th May. Your website had said I would receive them by the Tuesday 10th May. I didn't receive them until Thursday 12th May.”
