“GSO's service is great but plz stop using Royal Mail for deliveries. They are useless and keep letting you down. GSO dispatched my product in 24 hours and Royal Mail 48 hour service took 5 days to even attempt a delivery. If you keep using Royal Mail I will have to think twice about buying from you guys again. Sorry”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it, as it allows us to improve our business. We use Royal Mail for some of our smaller items, and generally, they are very reliable, so I am very sorry you had problems with them. We also use DHL and DPD, so in the future, you can request which courier you would prefer. Please just email us once you have placed the order at sales@thegolfshoponline.co.uk, and we can make sure it leaves via another courier.
