“I ordered 2 shirts, separately. Both orders were for XL, but I received one 2XL. I returned that shirt and have since been refunded for the cost. No fuss, no quibble, but as a wrong item was delivered, I am annoyed that I had to pay the cost of return postage myself. The quality of the shirt is good and I am happy with that. The orders arrived in good time and were well packaged. This could so easily have been a 5 star review!”
