“I had a problem with a pair of Sketchers I had bought 5 months previously so I sent some photos with an email to Golf Shop Online. I received a very speedy response offering to either replace the shoes with the same again, change to a different pair or get my money refunded. I choose the second option, paid the difference for the more expensive Footjoys and they arrived within a couple of days with no need to return the broken down Sketchers. The best way to judge any business is how they handle matters when something goes wrong and Golf Shop Online did brilliantly.”
