“Placed first order on a Sunday for FJ shoes at great price. Delivered on Tuesday. Excellent service. Unfortunately did not fit and had to be returned. Return is at customers cost. Can either return via Royal Mail or DPD at a cost of £4 per package + optional insurance if over £50 value. Can't comment on effectiveness of returns process as yet, but is anywhere near as good as sales, will be first class.”

“Competitive on pricing and received my item in good time. Unfortunately that does not help when a 'brand new' item returns with a stress crack in it. Impossible to believe that this was not a previously sold item as this stress crack could not happen out of the box or in shipping.”

“Great service. Ordered waterproof cap and gloves Thursday evening and received delivery before my round on Monday afternoon which was great though weather let me down. It did not rain but mustn’t grumble. Love the free delivery for life offer too. I’ll be back!”
