“Unfortunately I had to return a golfing umbrella as it had a fault. The Golf Shop dealt with my problem very promptly and I was in procession of a new umbrella within days. Well done to the team at the Golf Shop Online.”

“Originally, I gave a poor review. I've tried to change this but the Trustpilot system, for some reason, is not letting me do this. They are looking into that. So, my Footjoy shoes leaked and split, but a month or so after the warranty expired. I was told by Footjoy to ask The Golf Shop Online if I could return them, but I didn't get a reply to my email and hence, a few months later, I gave them a poor review. However, following that review, Golf Shop confirmed they had replied and sent me a copy, which I must have missed. So, I did return them and, if I'm honest, I thought I'd get a sorry we can't help you. How wrong was I!!! A couple of weeks later, a gentleman from the Golf Shop rang me and confirmed a brand new pair of shoes will be despatched and within a few days they arrived! I am so pleased, and so impressed by Golf Shop, and Footjoy. So please ignore my poor review. Thank you Golf Shop, and Footjoy. I can assure you I will use you again, and I have told my golfing friends about your excellent customer service.”
